Perhaps citizens should light a fire under them by attending and digitally recording these meetings, then posting them online ourselves?

Well, Bryan - At least you finally have a plan in place for the city.

The school board, which constantly sings the song of the 21st century, won't come out of the dark ages regarding recording meetings and using the cable channel.
