At the September 5th Franklin Common Council meeting, developer Mark Carstensen finally lifted the veil a bit on his proposed "Shops at Wyndham Village" development at Drexel and Hwy. 100: Upscale grocer Sendik's is confirmed as a tenant.

One can imagine the developers at Fountains of Franklin, the other "upscale lifestyle center" currently under construction 2-3/4 miles away over on Rawson, vastly lowering their expectations. They haven't announced a single tenant as of yet.
