This place looks like a Utopia. I really love the Prarie Style and have admired Wright and the Arts and Crafts movement. Too bad it is around Madison.
When I retire in the up coming years, I would like to find a community like this that does not carry the hefty propery tax burdon that Wisconsin and Franklin does.

Thanks for this article, it keeps my hopes up to find a place like this.
