Ah, the compassionate conservatives and their beloved squawk radio:
Boycott this guy and his ilk, and tell WTMJ that the joke's wearing thin. Will local principled conservatives step out of the echo chamber long enough to repudiate Michael Savage with appropriate intensity?
(via Suburban Guerrilla)
Savage’s idiotic tirade should transcend politics and ideology and be condemned by liberals and conservatives, alike.
This is rich:
“…If I behaved like a fool, my father called me a fool. And he said to me, "Don't behave like a fool." The worst thing he said -- "Don't behave like a fool. Don't be anybody's dummy. Don't sound like an idiot … That's what I was raised with. …”
Savage’s father must be proud

Words can't even adequately express how angry I am right now.

Please, John...Conservative? He's a monster. Plain and simple. Politics, no politics...he's just disgusting. Period.

TAke it up with WTMJ, Janet. They describe Savage on their website thusly:
"Savage
Monday-Friday 11:00 p.m. - 2:00 a.m.
Listener line: (800) 449-8255
Michael Savage was a compassionate conservative before compassionate conservatism was cool. In fact, he claims to have coined the phrase in 1994, six years before then-candidate George W. Bush made it the cornerstone of his presidential campaign."
As far as WTMJ is concerned, Savage is one of their conservative voices. If I were you (or ANY conservative with a conscience) I'd take issue with that.

Yeah...I'll take it up.
But forget the crap about this being a Conservative issue. It's a human being issue. And to take a disability that has spiraled out of control from 1 in every 166 kids just two years ago to 1 in 150 kids now and make it political makes me sick. I don't care what he is, what color he is, what he looks like...he is just an ass and a jerk.
1 out of 150 parents should be asking for him to be fired. 149 others should be doing the same since they are blessed that their child doesn't have autism.
