Scott Walker's position on this matter is fiscally responsible and makes perfect sense to me.

It worked so well for Bush, after all.
Scott Walker's position on this and almost every fiscal matter serves only his dogma and his ambition. What's good for Scott Walker is not good for Milwaukee County, unfortunately.
