In fact, I would be in favor of putting her name on a curb-side plaque at specific intersections where her interference may have delayed or prevented installation of a long-since safety-proven roundabout. That way, paramedics can page her regularly. Quite regularly, she'd soon find.
Until then, as per usual, she doesn't get it.
