Anti-transit zealot Randal O'Toole (left) got his highly-subsidized ("Cato institute fellow") behind handed to him at a recent Senate hearing:
Two things were clear at this morning's hearing
of the Senate Banking Committee concerning green investments in public
transportation. First, transportation experts and leading legislators
are very much in agreement on how transportation spending should
change. And second, Randal O'Toole's days as anything other than an
anachronism are numbered.
He'll continue to cash checks in exchange for spouting anti-transit dogma based on faulty data, but fewer and fewer people are willing to listen to O'Toole's tripe.
