Wow, great incite here. I think bikers need to be better able to talk in terms of economics if they want to take bike paths to the next level.

The Trails Committee appeared before the Common Council on Tuesday night and we were told by the same council member that I cite above that "the Parks and Recreation Commission already has a plan."

Yes, they do. More paths to nowhere.

Once again, mistaking RECREATION for INFRASTRUCTURE.
